CA. Pankaj Kumar Agarwal, B.Com, FCA

Pankaj is a Founder and Managing Partner and heads the Consulting Team, Taxation Team and Regulatory & Service Team at KPMD & Co Pankaj's in-depth knowledge of tax laws has well-earned reputation in statutory representation with regulatory and government departments. He sincerely believes in earning a high reputation by providing services of the highest quality with the primary objective of adding value to each of its clients in a totally professional, independent, and ethical manner.

A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Commerce, Pankaj brings over 23 years of rich experience in this profession. With a calm business head, he specialises in business advisory services and also heads the strategy and business development front of the firm KPMD.

Pankaj has played a vital role as Director in Agrasen Co-op Urban Bank Ltd and has gained vast experience in Banking, Finance etc. He has handled special assignments in Hi-Tech industry namely Microsoft R&D (I) Pvt. Ltd., Host Analytics, Xiotech, Xilinx, Value mart, Continuum Solutions.

Pankaj was also a co-founder and one of the chief partners of PPKG & Co, Chartered Accountants and helped with multifold growth of the firm.

CA. Tumpa Das, B.com, ACA

Tumpa is a Senior Partner of the firm. Heading the audit and assurance team, she brings over ten years of dynamic experience in the field of Audit, preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheets as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act, preparing and filing of online returns of Registrar of Companies, Income Tax, GST.

With experience gained from working in VP Garg & Co & PPKG & Co, Tumpa is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Tumpa drives a buddy system in the office whereby a member of the senior management team takes on the role of mentorship. This creates a deep sense of togetherness in the firm and helps with career of article students. Tumpa is key to KPMD's core belief that happy organisation provides greater satisfaction to its clients.

CA. Manish Shroff, CA,CS,CMA

Manish Shroff is a Senior Partner of the firm. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant with over three decades of vast experience in advising companies (in the role of Global CFO) and clients (as strategic board advisor) on their business, compliance and finance strategies and efficiencies. He is an expert on matters relating to compliance and finance and its impact on business and economy. He has advised Indian and foreign multinationals on various investments and transactions, cutting across sectors like private equity, financial services and technology.

Manish being an all India rank holder in his academics has a hobby of mentoring young professionals and has been a guide to them helping them and their organisation to grow. His contribution to thought leadership related to compliance and business have been used by numerous businesses and companies.

He is an alumnus of La Martiniere for Boys and St. Xavier’s College, Kolkatta

CA. Radha Rathi, B.Com, ACA

Radha Rathi heads the taxation team of the firm. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce

Radha shares the core belief of the firm in providing quality service to clients. She has earned a great reputation in quality presentation of complex tax laws and procedures in simplified version. She imparts knowledge enhancement in the firm by encouraging workflow processes and audit documentation.

Radha is also driving technology initiatives in the firm. The firm has adopted a go-green policy and as the technology team head, she has introduced a digital method of ensuring all documents are secured online and can be retrieved efficiently, thus saving client's precious time.
